Engine

2、The machine adopts oil filter, the filter effect is good, suitable for working in the environment with high dust density;

3、The exhaust system adopts explosion-proof type, less smoke, less pollution, low noise, good environmental protection effect, very suitable for working in the roadway or underground coal mine;

4、The cover of the engine is made of high-strength sheet metal, which is strong and durable and can effectively protect the engine from being damaged by raw coal blocks.

Torque converter

Yj-280 single-pole three-component torque converter with high reliability and large output torque.

Adopt power shift gearbox, high reliability, easy to maintain.

Fall-proof shed

1、  The height of the whole machine is 2.31 m, the width is 2.05 m, the middle and small coal mine laneways can pass freely, the driving shed can be simply and conveniently disassembled and assembled, after the driving shed is removed, the whole machine can be up to 1.73 m, and can be driven flexibly in the low laneways.

Lighting System

1、  Using A large-capacity battery, lighting can continue to illuminate for 4 hours, still can start the engine;

2、  Lighting power up to 100W, more suitable for working in very dark environment;

Operational efficiency

1、  The rated capacity of the working bucket is 1.0 cubic meters, and the capacity of the bucket can be as high as 1.5 cubic meters when it is filled, which is very suitable for loading raw coal with shovels
